If you’re planning a beach clean independently, Litter Free Dorset can support you with the equipment and resources you need to get started. You can borrow litter picking equipment and access our guidance on how to organise a safe and successful clean-up, including advice on planning your event and arranging waste collection. This option is ideal for businesses that are confident leading their own volunteering activities but would benefit from equipment and some planning guidance from our team.
As a not for profit organisation, donations from businesses help us maintain and replace our equipment, enabling us to continue supporting beach cleans across Dorset.
Suggested donation: £75. As a thank you for supporting our work, businesses that make a donation and share the results of their clean-up with us can receive a digital Litter Free Dorset Impact Certificate highlighting the difference their team has made.

If you’d like a helping hand organising your beach clean, our Supported Beach Clean package provides expert advice to help you plan a successful volunteering event. We’ll work with you to discuss suitable locations, timing, group size and event logistics. We will also arrange all necessary permissions and waste collections.
We’ll provide litter picking equipment for your team and be available to answer any questions during the planning stages. This option is ideal for businesses that want to lead their own event on the day but would value support and expertise from the Litter Free Dorset team.

Let us take care of the planning and delivery so your team can focus on making a positive impact. Our Fully Hosted Corporate Beach Clean package provides a complete, bespoke experience, with a member of the Litter Free Dorset team leading the event from start to finish.
We’ll work with you to identify a suitable location, coordinate logistics and provide all necessary equipment. On the day, we’ll deliver a safety and environmental briefing, support participants throughout the clean-up and collect litter survey data to measure the impact of your team’s efforts. Following the event, we’ll provide a summary of the results that can be shared internally or used as part of your sustainability and corporate social responsibility reporting.
